Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. A customer will be given money back only for the price of the item returned excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid in 10 to 14 buisness days.
Customization and Alteration service not available on Basics items. One-time exchange is allowed, but the customer has to pay the shipping charges.
