Payment Methods:

Anatomi accepts online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) or any other mutually agreed currency.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Payment Processing and Data Security:

If you make a payment for our products or services through this website, the details you provide will be transmitted directly to our payment service provider via a secure, encrypted connection. Anatomi does not store, access, or retain any credit or debit card details.

Cardholder Responsibilities:

The cardholder must retain a copy of all transaction records, as well as the merchant’s policies and terms and conditions.

Country of Domicile:

Anatomi is a company domiciled in the United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility:

Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not permitted to transact or use its services.

Compliance with Sanctions:

Anatomi will not engage in business or provide any products or services to individuals or entities from countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Multiple Transactions:

Multiple transactions by a cardholder may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly account statement.

Amendments to Terms:

Anatomi reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this website.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review the following delivery terms and conditions before proceeding with your order:

- Orders will be processed within two working days of receiving authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via DHL courier, and delivery times will vary depending on your country’s customs clearance procedures. The estimated delivery timeframe for all orders is 3–4 weeks.

- If the product is available in stock, it will be shipped on the next working day following order confirmation.

- Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

- Please note that all applicable taxes, customs duties, and country-specific import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Anatomi is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities or other regulatory bodies in the destination country.

- Anatomi will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring it is received at the delivery address provided. Anatomi cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs, courier handling, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

For Pre-Orders:


Fabric Availability:

If the fabric you ordered is unavailable, we will offer alternative fabric options, allow you to select a different design, or process a full refund.


Returns & Exchanges:

Pre-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you encounter any defects or issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will promptly address the problem. 


Alterations:

- Requests for alterations must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

- One free alteration is allowed per order; any further alterations will be subject to an additional fee.

How to Report an Issue:

To report an issue, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp with a detailed description of your concern. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (excluding holidays and weekends). please allow 2-4 hours for a response to your WhatsApp messages during working hours Alternatively, you can email us at info@anatomiofficial.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for email responses.

For Ready-to-Wear Orders:

Exchanges:

 - We accept exchange requests for ready-to-wear items within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for exchange and will be automatically declined.

- We allow one exchange per item.

- Customers are fully responsible for the cost of two-way shipping. This includes all shipping fees, taxes, and duties associated with sending the item back and receiving the exchanged item.

- To request an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp with a detailed description of your issue. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM (excluding holidays and weekends) please allow 2-4 hours for a response to your WhatsApp messages during working hours. Alternatively, you can email us at info@anatomiofficial.com, please allow 48–72 hours for a response to your email.

Returns:

- We accept return requests for ready-to-wear items within 3 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return and will be automatically declined.

- For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding taxes, shipping, and duties. Please note: Two way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.

- We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or have been exposed to strong fragrances, as they can no longer be resold. If such items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you at your expense.

- Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact when returning them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our products.


How to Submit a Return Request:

1. Log in to your account using your email address and click “Continue.” 

2. You will receive a verification code via email. Enter the 6-digit code to proceed. 

3. Once logged in, select the order you wish to return. 

4. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items for return. 

5. Select the reason for your return and include any relevant comments. 

6. Click "Submit Request" to complete the process.


Shipping process:

We partner with trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will send you a shipping label via WhatsApp or email to help you prepare your package.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the courier company to contact you for pickup. These are third-party services, and we do not have direct control over their operations or timelines.

If you are not contacted by the courier within this time frame, please reach out to us immediately, we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf to avoid any delays.

Once your package is collected, allow 2-3 working days for it to reach us. After we receive the item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility for return or exchange.

Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and no return or exchange requests will be processed during the weekend. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Refund Process:

Once your return request is submitted, our customer service team will review it and respond within 48 to 72 hours to confirm whether your order qualifies for return under our policy.

If your return is approved, we will coordinate the pickup through one of our trusted courier partners.

After the item(s) have been collected, they will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return conditions.

Please note: A two-way delivery charge (for sending and return) will apply, and this amount will be deducted from your final refund, where applicable.

Once your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

Please be patient during this period, and feel free to contact us immediately if your refund has not been received after this timeframe.

Alteration Services:

- Alterations for ready-to-wear items are available for an additional charge.

- Please note that once an item is processed for alteration, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

For Outlet Orders:

- Outlet pieces may include past-season styles, limited collections, or designs offered at a special reduced price. Availability is limited to the sizes and quantities listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

- Before dispatch, all outlet pieces are carefully quality checked to ensure they meet our standards of craftsmanship and presentation. Each item is thoroughly inspected and packaged with care so it arrives to you in perfect condition.

- All Outlet sales are final. We are unable to accommodate exchanges, returns, or refunds for any outlet items once an order has been placed. We encourage customers to review size charts, product details, and descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.

- Outlet orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and selected delivery method. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking information.

- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these outlet terms and conditions.

Store Credit:

Store credit will expire 6 months from the date of issuance. After this period, any remaining balance on the store credit will no longer be valid. We recommend using your store credit within this timeframe to ensure you get the full value.
