We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

Anatomi Official will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving any order is 2 to 3 weeks.

Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.

Anatomi will not deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

We ship via FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.

Its the customer's responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.

We want you to be completely happy with your orders. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds.

In case of the Unavailability of a fabric, the customer will be offered other fabrics or will be given the choice of choosing another design.

Return or exchange is only available for basics and ready-to-wear items. It's not availabe for customized items.

Exchanges and returns are accepted only within three days of receiving the product.


Alterations Requests must be made within three days of receiving the Product.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
   - In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
   - In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
   - Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid.

Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.

Alteration service is not available on ready to wear items.

One-time exchange is allowed, but the customer has to pay the shipment charges.
